Condo Inspection
Many of the condo inspections are interior only, meaning the exterior of the building does not need to be inspected. This is common with multi-unit properties that the Homeowners Association takes care of the exterior.
Investor Inspection
We offer what we call "Nitty Gritty" Inspections to investors. This inspection covers the main components. Call for details.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that is colorless, odorless, and tasteless, making it impossible to detect without testing. Long-term exposure to elevated radon levels is a serious health concern and is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States, as well as the leading cause among non-smokers. Because radon can accumulate inside homes—particularly in basements and lower living areas—testing is the only way to determine risk. When high radon levels are identified, mitigation systems are a proven and effective solution that significantly reduce radon concentrations, helping protect occupant health, improve indoor air quality, and provide long-term peace of mind.
